Irrigation Service Technician — Mundelein, IL ($18–$20/hr + Lots of Overtime)

American National Sprinkler & Lighting is hiring experienced Irrigation Service Technicians for our Mundelein, IL operation. 30+ year family-owned company, top reputation in the Chicago suburbs.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose and repair residential sprinkler systems
• Spring start-ups and fall winterizations
• Backflow testing (we’ll get you certified if you aren’t)
• Customer interaction at the job — explain issues, recommend fixes
• Lead a 1–2 person crew on service calls

Schedule

• Monday – Saturday, 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Heavy overtime — most techs clock 55–65 hrs/week in peak season
• Steady work April through November, with year-round opportunities

Pay

• $18–$20/hour DOE
• Time-and-a-half over 40 hours
• Paid weekly

Requirements

• Prior irrigation/sprinkler experience required
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (E-Verify employer)
• Valid driver’s license
• Customer-facing communication skills (English required, Spanish a plus)
• Punctual, dependable, problem-solver
