The weather here in the Midwest can be unpredictable to say the least and we are susceptible to all kinds of severities and our extreme heat is why we offer the midseason inspection. - Review all zones to check performance of controller, rain sensor, valves, and sprinkler heads. (Labor charge is 15% less than your opening cost)
- Make all adjustments needed for proper coverage of irrigated areas
- Reprogram controller for optimal efficiency
- Alert homeowner of any necessary repairs, and/or recommendations for optimal performance (if needed) **15% off all materials replaced at mid-season check-up
