Crew Foreman — Irrigation and Landscape Lighting — Mundelein, IL ($18-$20/hr + Heavy Overtime)

American National Sprinkler & Lighting is hiring experienced Crew Foremen to lead irrigation and landscape lighting installs out of our Mundelein, IL yard. 30+ year family-owned company with strong reputation in the Chicago suburbs.

What You’ll Do

• Lead a 2–3 person crew on residential install jobs
• Plan the day, manage the work, ensure quality
• Train and mentor laborers
• Communicate with customers on-site
• Report to the office on job status, materials, and crew performance

Schedule

• Monday – Saturday, 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Heavy overtime — most foremen clock 60+ hrs/week in season
• Steady work April through November, year-round opportunities for top performers

Pay

• $18–$20/hour DOE (plus performance bonuses for top crews)
• Time-and-a-half over 40 hours
• Paid weekly

Requirements

• Prior experience leading a crew (irrigation, lighting, landscape, or related trades)
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (E-Verify employer)
• Valid driver’s license — clean record preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred (most crews are mixed)
• Customer-facing communication skills
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
