Irrigation and Landscape Laborer — Mundelein, IL (Entry Level, $17-$20/hr + Overtime)

American National Sprinkler & Lighting is a 30+ year family-owned irrigation and landscape lighting company based in Mundelein, IL. We’re hiring laborers for our 2026 season — no experience required.

What You’ll Do

• Install and service residential sprinkler systems
• Install low-voltage landscape lighting
• Work as part of a 2–3 person crew under an experienced lead
• Travel to job sites from our Mundelein yard each morning

Schedule

• Monday – Saturday, 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• LOTS of overtime available throughout the season (most guys clock 55–65 hrs/week during peak)
• Steady work April through November
• Year-round opportunities for top performers

Pay

• $17–$20/hour depending on experience
• Time-and-a-half over 40 hours
• Paid weekly

Requirements

• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (E-Verify employer)
• Reliable transportation to our Mundelein yard
